CHALLENGE
Riverview Gardens School District (RGSD) is a diverse urban district located in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. RGSD Students historically struggle in Math and ELA and with the changing rigor of Missouri Learning Standards (MLS) and Missouri Assessment Program (MAP), students throughout the district were falling behind.
SOLUTION
At the beginning of the 2018-19 Academic Year, FEV Tutor started working with RGSD schools as part of an innovative data-driven instructional plan with cohesive services delivered through the Elementary, Middle School, and High School Levels designed to drive achievement on MAP State Tests and boost graduation rates.
School Partners shared student Benchmark and State Assessment scores so that the FEV Data Team could analyze and identify students that would benefit most from live, 1:1 tutoring. The Team also worked to create Personalized Tutoring Plans for individual students for targeted instruction during a Spring Pilot and Summer Tutoring Program.

FEV Tutor worked with Riverview Gardens district leaders to complete a growth analysis utilizing Pre-Test and Post-Test scores from students 3rd-12th grade.
